Products offered on this Site are classified as Research Use Only (RUO), Cosmetic, Wellness / General Merchandise, or Other. The classification assigned to each product controls which compliance notices apply to it. RUO requirements apply only to products classified as Research Use Only and are never applied to products classified as Cosmetic or Wellness.

4. Research Use Only Products

Products classified as Research Use Only are offered solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, and/or in vitro research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, administration, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not sold as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, therapeutics, or medical treatments.

By purchasing an RUO product you acknowledge and agree to the Cyan Sky Wellness Research Research Use Only Agreement.

5. Cosmetic & Wellness Products

Products classified as Cosmetic are intended for external cosmetic use in accordance with their label directions and applicable cosmetic regulations. They are not intended for injection or internal use. Wellness / General Merchandise products are intended for general use as described on their product pages. Always read and follow product labeling.

6. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order. Payment must be submitted according to the methods and instructions provided at checkout. When using peer-to-peer payment methods, you agree to follow the payment-note guidelines presented at checkout.
